Who’s Product Operations Certified: Core live for?
This training is for anyone wanting to move into product operations, wants a refresher, or you’ve only been in the role for a short while. You’ll gain all the knowledge and insights to master product ops like a pro.
How does Product Operations Certified: Core live work?
Upon enrolling, you will get access to your student dashboard with welcome information and any necessary pre-reading. We'll keep you updated about your training information.
On the day, you'll have the opportunity to learn from our expert as well as interact with your peers both during the training and beyond. Then, you'll have lifetime access to our OnDemand content, including the exams, which you will need to take for your official certification.
Will I get certified on the day?
Unfortunately not, but don't worry! To receive full certification, you’ll need to pass all exams in your student dashboard. You’ll be able to complete these at your own pace and you’ll become Product Operations Certified!
What happens if I don’t pass the exams?
You'll have two attempts at each exam. If you fail the first attempt, we really recommend revisiting the materials to help you pass the second time around. If we can support you further, please reach out to us for more help.

How long will I have access to the content?
Once you pay for the course, you'll have unlimited access to all the content for life! There are no additional charges or limitations.
